Step 1: Join eXp & Onboarding

Submit Application and Independent Contractors Agreement (ICA)

  • Step 1: Go to https://join.exprealty.com and click on "Apply as Agent" to set-up your account with your name, phone #, and email.

  • Step 2: Receive the confirmation email. Contains Personal Code for the Onboarding Tracker Site (Subject: Your eXp Realty Join Request Has Been Received)

  • Step 3: Log into  https://joinapp.exprealty.com/SSO/

  • Step 4: Receive an email with your login credentials for Guest Password. (Subject: ACTIVATION - eXp World Guest Password)

  • Step 5: Complete the application and sign the Independent Contractors Agreement.

The Personal Code lets you retrieve your current onboarding status. It is available to you on your Join App dashboard. Once you log in to JoinApp at joinapp.exprealty.com/SSO/ you will see something like this and you will be able to copy/paste the Personal Code number into the "blank space", then hit "Retrieve" to display your current Onboarding Status.

ICA Signed off on by Our Internal Team

  • Receive email with completed ICA (Subject: Copy of your Independent Contractor Agreement)

Broker Confirms the License Transfer

  • The Designated Managing Broker will complete this step by signing off in your file as your license is being transferred (Subject: License Transfer Process)

eXp Passport

  • Set up your new eXp email - this step must be completed to onboard (Subject: Activate Your eXp Realty Email Address)

Active and Ready to Start

  • Once our team makes you active in the system you'll receive a couple of emails.

  • Welcome Email (Subject: Welcome to eXp Realty! Your Passport Account)

  • Skyslope Email (Subject: Activate Your eXp Realty SkySlope Account)
